Absolute Care, a Development Disabilities (DD) Supportive Living Agency, provides in-home supports to many individuals throughout Franklin County. We are a small, hands-on agency that focuses on the quality of services being provided to each individual. From consumers with severe behaviors to the medically fragile, Absolute Care has a great deal of experience in servicing individuals with a wide range of disabilities.

The goal of Absolute Care is to bring the highest level of professional care to the consumers in this industry. We want to enable them to be safe, healthy and happy.  In order to do this we include the following within our regular services:

• Quality Assurance
• Extensive Training Programs for Staff
• Manageable Case Loads – Absolute Care employs four Program Coordinators with a total of 30+ years of experience working with individuals with DD. Each Program Coordinator has no more than 15 consumers on his or her caseload. What’s more is that each of our Program Coordinators specialize in certain areas and are able to coordinate care specifically tailored for each consumer. Whether it be cases of severe behaviors or the medically fragile, Absolute Care will hand pick the Program Coordinator that best suits the consumer’s needs.
